Introduction:
Welcome to www.EasyBuy.bh (“Site” or “Website”) which is an e-commerce website selling almost everything and connecting stores to customers. This website is owned and operated by EasyBuy from the Kingdom of Bahrain and catering to the GCC. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “platform” and “our” refer to EasyBuy. By visiting our site and/or when interacting with us, you (“User” or “Customer”) engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions/terms of service (“TOS” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read the following terms and disclaimers carefully before using the services.  If you do not agree with these terms, our privacy policy, or any other of our policies, you should not use the services.

Eligibility:
The purchase of products through EasyBuy is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability from the store. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Any order cancellations by the customer must be made within 24 hours starting from the placement of orders. No orders can be canceled once processed and shipped. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment & Pricing Policy:
Our Site accepts all major payment methods which include Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), and any other payment method displayed on our Site. The prices shown on the Site are in Bahraini Dinars. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.

If you use this Site and such use requires setting up an account and/or password(s), you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Bahrain.

EasyBuy is not liable to any products from sellers, By Accepting the terms and conditions, you accept that EasyBuy is not liable to any Damages, Poisoning, Deaths or any other harms that may occur whether it be physical or psychological from using products from Stores.
